The hours and days of operation for the helpdesk are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST with an after-hours voicemail service.

The following types of problems are supported by the Myers and Stauffer Helpdesk.

- Problems with usernames and passwords.
- Help in navigating NFRP.
- Troubleshooting problems uploading Individual User Access Request Forms.
- Troubleshooting problems in viewing or downloading CMI Reports or Certification Pages.
